This section contains essential information about the Archive user.
When you click the button, a special window will appear with additional information about your account: email, family name, given name, additional name, and phone number. You can fill in these fields if they have not already been completed.
User access – a list of archival units available to the user. If the field is not filled, the user can access all archival units. The list of archival units viewable by the user is determined by the administrator.
In the "User Settings" field, you can see your "User Role" and "User Status." In our tool, there are two roles: Data manager and User. Users can only view data, while Data managers have the ability to download data in .xlsx format using the "Export" button. For more details on data downloading, see the "Table" section.
With the "User Status" field, you can find out the current status of your account: active or blocked. The administrator determines the user status.
The "User Security" section provides information about your password. The user's password is changed by the administrator.
