# Користувачі

Цей розділ містить основну інформацію про користувача Архіву.

При натисканні кнопки <img src="/files/FIiPgr5SVrmFSk4K06Jo" alt="" data-size="line"> з’явиться спеціальне вікно з додатковою інформацією про ваш акаунт: електронна пошта, прізвище, ім’я по батькові та номер телефону. Ці поля можна заповнити, якщо вони ще не заповнені.

User access – перелік доступних для користувача архівних одиниць. Якщо поле не заповнене, це означає, що користувачу доступні всі архівні одиниці. Доступний для перегляду користувачеві перелік архівних одиниць визначає адміністратор.

У полі "Налаштування користувача" ви можете побачити вашу "Роль користувача" і "Статус користувача". У нашому інструменті є дві ролі: аналітик і користувач. Користувач може лише переглядати дані, в аналітика є можливість завантажувати дані у форматі .xlsx за допомогою кнопки "Експорт". Детальніше про завантаження даних дивіться у розділі "[Таблиця](/tg_research/viewing-mode/table.md)".&#x20;

За допомогою "Статус користувача" можна дізнатися, в якому статусі знаходиться акаунт: активний або заблокований. Статус користувача визначає адміністратор.&#x20;

У налаштуваннях безпеки міститься інформація про ваш пароль. Пароль користувача змінює адміністратор.
